Poetry, Portraits and Prose: Spring Art Exhibition, Performance and Reception
This event, presented by Florida Southwestern State College, Lee County Black History Society, Inc, and The Center for Undergraduate Research and Creativity is an Art Exhibition, will feature live performances, student presentations, Tara Calligan-speaker, Behind the Research with Kat Epple and a reception each day. The "Poster Session" will be Tuesday, April 9: 12:00pm to 1:20pm outside of the Library The "Art Exhibition" will be Tuesday, April 9: 1:30pm to 3:00pm - in J-117

Get ready for an electrifying event that will awaken the superhero within you! You're invited to "Youth Innovation Night: Unleash Your Super Powers," hosted by the Lee County Black History Society in partnership with the Edison Awards and The Lewis Latimer Fellows Program. Join us and meet Shameik Moore, Latimer Fellow, Actor, and the voice of Miles Morales aka Spider-Man, along with other modern-day superheroes.
