Annual Prayer Breakfast

Welcome to the TLCBHS Annual Community Prayer Breakfast!

The Lee County Black History Society, Inc. Annual Community Prayer Breakfast is a signature and fellowship event that brings the community together for a meaningful morning of reflection, unity, and purpose.

This year’s prayer breakfast is held under the national theme, “A Century of Black History Commemorations,” honoring the rich legacy, resilience, faith, and contributions of African Americans over the past century.

TLCBHS is honored to welcome Chief Tracy McMillion of the Fort Myers Fire Department as the Keynote Speaker. Chief Mc Million’s distinguished career in public service and dedication to community safety exemplify the principles of service and stewardship. The program will also feature uplifting praise dancers and gospel singers, creating a powerful and spirit-filled experience. Proceeds from the Annual Community Prayer Breakfast directly support TLCBHS programs and initiatives that educate and celebrate Black history.

We invite you to join us for a morning of prayer, food, reflection, and community fellowship.

Don’t miss out on this special occasion to connect with others in faith and spirituality. Mark your calendars to join us at the 2026 Annual Community Prayer Breakfast. We look forward to seeing you there!
